Red Conrad’s understanding of homelessness is not academic. He has experienced it firsthand — navigating the systems, the stigma, and the silence that too often surrounds those without stable housing. That lived experience is not background detail. It is the foundation of every role he carries.
Currently in a transitional housing situation, Red brings an insider’s clarity to coalition work, peer support, and pastoral ministry alike. He knows what it means to need help — and what it means to find it. That knowledge shapes how he listens, how he advocates, and how he builds.
His work with PCHSC, Meridian’s Hospital Bridge Program, and Spiritual Messiah Ministries is unified by a single conviction: that people experiencing homelessness deserve solutions built with them, not just for them.
