Housing Network

A Bridge Between Empty Rooms and People Ready for a Fresh Start

The Putnam County Homelessness Solutions Coalition is building a network of private landlords willing to house our neighbors as they work toward stability.

How It Works

More Than a Room

This network helps house individuals experiencing homelessness who are living on Social Security, on disability, or who are getting back into the workforce.

Residents housed through this network aren’t on their own — the Coalition connects them to wrap-around services through our partner organizations, from healthcare and recovery support to employment and case management.
